Angela Numbers is the founder of Waves of Grace Sound Therapy. After earning an MBA and spending two decades in corporate America, Angela chose to follow a more meaningful path. Leaving behind the trauma of an abusive marriage, she discovered the transformative power of quantum healing and felt called to create a sound therapy practice of her own. Waves of Grace was born from that journey – a sanctuary of peace and renewal where sound becomes a tool for restoration.
Grounded in her Christian faith and a deep, genuine empathy for people, her passion is to offer more than just relaxation – she wants every client to feel cared for, uplifted, and surrounded by a sense of welcome and grace. Through sound therapy, it’s her hope to help others release stress, find harmony, and embrace life with renewed wholeness.

Step into a sanctuary designed to nurture calm, balance, and renewal. The practice space blends natural elements with a sense of quiet luxury – lush greenery lines the walls, soft candlelight flickers against smooth stone, and gentle pathways of river rock invite grounding with every step.
We begin with a gentle review of the client’s intention for the experience, a brief summary of the session's flow, followed by guided meditative breathing to quiet the mind and open the heart. From there, the journey unfolds through a rich tapestry of instruments, each chosen for its unique vibration and healing quality.
Clients are immersed in the tones of crystal singing bowls tuned to 435hz, the deep resonance of a traditional Xiang Jia gong, and the grounding melody of a Native American flute in low E. Layers of sound are added with a Tibetan singing bowl; Freenote Wave, Meinl Sonic Energy Meditation, Kenari Seed Shell chimes; and the soothing rhythm of a rainstick – together creating waves of harmony that flow through body, mind, and spirit.
At Waves of Grace, healing is offered with a faith-based perspective that honors the connection between spirit, body, and mind. Rooted in the belief that divine love and grace support all aspects of wellness, sessions weave sound therapy with spiritual encouragement. This approach provides comfort, hope, and renewal, offering a sacred space for both personal growth and spiritual connection. Secular sessions include the same environment and intention without the verbal scripture.
Sound healing uses the vibration of instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes, gongs, and flutes to restore harmony within the body and mind. The frequencies created gently guide the nervous system into a state of deep relaxation, helping release tension, balance energy, and promote natural healing. By immersing yourself in these therapeutic sounds, you experience a profound sense of peace, renewal, and connection – allowing the body’s innate wisdom to realign and restore well-being.
Meditation at Waves of Grace is guided by calming soundscapes that make it easier to quiet the mind and settle into the present moment. Through focused breathing, intention, and the resonance of healing instruments, meditation sessions encourage clarity, emotional release, and mindfulness. Whether you are new to meditation or experienced, these sessions help deepen awareness and promote lasting calm.
Relaxation is at the heart of every Waves of Grace session. Through soothing tones and gentle rhythms, sound therapy eases tension, lowers stress, and allows the nervous system to reset. In this deeply restful state, the body and mind find space to recover, restore, and recharge – leaving you refreshed, calm, and centered.
An individual sound therapy session offers a deeply personal and restorative experience tailored to your unique needs. Using instruments such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gongs, soothing vibrations are directed to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. These one-on-one sessions create a safe, quiet space for inner release, renewal, and balance, allowing you to connect more fully with yourself and your healing journey.
A group sound bath surrounds participants in layers of harmonious sound, creating a shared space of relaxation and connection. Gentle waves of vibration from instruments such as Tibetan bowls and flutes help ease stress, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance. The collective energy of the group enhances the experience, making it both deeply personal and powerfully communal – a chance to heal and rest together.

No. Sound therapy is a fully clothed experience. You’ll simply rest comfortably on a mat or therapy table while sound instruments are played around you. Loose, comfortable clothing is recommended to help you relax more deeply.
Sound therapy is not universally regulated. In some countries, such as Germany, the United Kingdom, and Australia, standards and professional associations provide regulation or guidelines for practitioners. In many other countries, including the United States, sound therapy is considered a complementary wellness practice rather than a licensed medical treatment. At Waves of Grace, all sessions are offered as supportive wellness experiences and not as a substitute for medical care.
